Snorkeling Tour

All Passengers need to have a valid Go City Oahu Explorer Pass or regular ticket including children and infants. Please note, the Go City All-Inclusive pass is not accepted for this tour.

Whale Watching Tour

All Passengers need to have a valid Go City Oahu All Inclusive Pass or Explorer Pass or regular ticket including children and infants. Please note, Whale season is from November through April.

  • Can I still go if I can't swim?
    Absolutely! The ocean can be a scary place, especially for first time swimmers - However, our crew is well trained for any types of swimmers - even the first timers! We are here to make you feel comfortable in the ocean and We would love for you to experience the marine life underneath. We have different types of flotation devices that can help you stay afloat (including life vests, floatation belts and paddle boards). We also offer tickets for ride a long passengers if you would like to just cruise and soak up the sun from the safety of our boat.
  • What if it's Raining?
    Hawaiian weather might be unpredictable at times, We do operate during rain. However, if the ocean conditions are unsafe, our crew will call you and reschedule your tour.
  • How long is Waikiki Snorkel Tour?
    Our Waikiki Snorkel Tour is 2 hours total. We cruise for about fifteen minutes to our snorkel spot, with about an hour of snorkeling.
  • How Do I make a reservation with a Voucher?
    You can click on option "Gift Voucher" when clicking "Book Now" on our home page, or you can click on this button to complete a reservation:
  • Is there bathroom on board?
    Yes, our vessels have smaller toilets called marine head with a small sink.
  • Where can I park?
    There is a parking lot at each entrance in Kewalo Basin Harbor (2 total) - on the west and east side. It is between $1-$3 per hour. Please see the map bellow:
  • What is the age limit?
    We recommend children 3 and up, if they are able to swim and accompanied by parent or legal guardian - Our crew will help those who need extra help and provide life vests and other flotation devices that can make you feel more comfortable. We allow infants as well as long as they are in a car seat or carrier. Please note, infants need to be added in your reservation.
  • Am I allowed to bring my own snorkel mask/fins?
    We do provide all snorkel gear on our snorkeling trips. If you chose to wear your own mask/fins, you are welcome to bring them with you! However, We do NOT allow Full Face Snorkeling Masks aboard our vessels due to safety concerns. Mahalo for understanding!
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    We will send you a full refund if you cancel up to 24 Hours before your tour date. If you are unable to cancel 24 hours before, We can reschedule your booking to a different date with a rescheduling fee.
